Brosna Ladies GAA Club

All Ireland Glory

Newly established in October 2007, Brosna Ladies GAA Club has to date twenty nine players.

The team is trained by the ardent John Downey & Andy Browne. Having survived the initial aches & pains of their first few gruelling training sessions in the cold winter months, the ladies are set to blast with avengence into this years Junior B league. They are under no illusion of the up hill battle they face but these underdogs know that while the taking part is nice, the winning is sweet. The force is strong in these ones.

Congratulations to the U 14 Kerry girls team who won the All Ireland Blitz in Mullingar last Saturday. Brosna gaa player Barbara Browne who plays with the Kerry U14 team won her first ALL IRELAND medal .
